Abstract
In this paper we present an active antenna suitable for DVB-H standard. The active components used in this antenna are PIN diodes to switch the antenna in the desired frequency band, and a Varactor diode to adjust accurately the working frequency. By combining selected switched PIN diodes and controlled values of the varactor diode capacitance, this miniature antenna reaches to cover a large part of the desired reception channels and another standard like GSM´s one.
