Abstract
This paper collects 276 samples in IT industry from comparatively developed cities. In the steps of sending questionnaires, analyzing the data and summing up the results, this paper aims to cultivate the relationships between corporate culture and staff well-being. The conclusions follow as in IT industry, the corporate culture has close correlations with staff well-being and in the democracy-based culture, the employees have high well-being, and while in autocracy-based culture, the employees have low wellbeing. Training and development play a key role in the factors that affect well-beings.
