After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Management incentive is a focus in corporate governance, as a universal means of incentives, the research results of income stimulation are fruitful, but the large number of research results didn´t have effectively guided practice to listed companies, there are still many incentive problems among executives income. This paper effectively reviewed the related studies of executive compensation from the foundation, the main body, core, focus and incentives mechanism, hoping to effectively comb the logical framework of previous literature and to lay a better foundation for future related empirical research and practical application research.
