  • Abstract
In order to research the influence of the initial deformation on the working performance for the hydraulic press combined by plates. a three-dimensional finite element model was set up for the important frame structure of the wheel hydraulic press combined by the framework with the defections of out-of-plane deflection. ANSYS was used to analyze the influence of different forms of out-of-plane deflections and the initial value of the deflection for the overall assembly performance. The determination methods of the tolerance of initial deflection for different types of defections, and the choice of the type of the combination on the condition of the framework with initial deformation, which provided a basis for demonstration program of a new type of forging hydraulic machine.
