Abstract :
The method of synchronously measuring vibration and noise is brought forward on paper transmitting system to solve the problem of excessive vibration and noise on paper transmitting system for sheet-fed offset press and then to improve its precision. Paper transmmitting precision is influennced by excessive vibration of paper transmmitting system for sheet-fed offset press, leading to printing trouble of overlap error at a high speed. And noise level of gripper opening and closing teeth is one of the important performance indicators for sheet-fed offset press. Aiming at excessive vibration and noise of paper transmitting system for sheet-fed offset press, the principle and composition was presented in this paper. Moreover measurement at worksite was carried out. By experiment and analysis, it´s known that noise level of gripper opening and closing teeth seriously affects sheet-fed offset press. The conclusion acs as the foundation for trouble diagnosis and renewing design of sheet-fed offset press.
