Abstract
This article presents an automatic control structure for the unloading machine from a rotary furnace. In order to determine the movement pattern for the unloading arm the representation as an electro-hydraulic axis was used. The chosen control for this system is parameter scheduling, combined with optimal criteria, because it gave the best results in terms of time performances. The article presents some of the control system responses obtained as a result of computer simulation.
