Abstract :
Most of the work in HVAC and building management systems is focused on models and simulators to be used in the building design phase. This paper presents a set of tools to be used by the control engineer that has the task of implementing a building management system. These tools are able to assist in each phase, from system design to commissioning and performance evaluation.
