Abstract :
The LTCC (Low temperature cofired ceramic) duplexer is designed by the basic principles of a LTCC lowpass filter, a LTCC highpass filter, and a LTCC cross-coupling bandpass filter. On the base of the LTCC duplexer lumped parameter circuit mode, using SONNET EM soft and Ansoft HFSS9.0 soft, the package LTCC duplexer mode is designed and simulated. The package LTCC circuit mode and 3-D circuit mode is showed. The simulation proves modes are reliable and correct.
