Abstract :
According to the application of many Universities, we design and implement the Scientific Research Achievements Management System based on .NET Framework 3.5 and multi-layer architecture pattern. Describe the requirements and design solutions including software architecture, Database and website navigator, and present corresponding UML diagrams. Practical application shows that the system can not only improve work efficiency, and has advantages such as high security and scalability.
