Abstract
Pseudo-human capital refers to the human capital that enjoys the enterprise´s surplus assignment but actually not to be able to bring surplus value to the enterprise. This kind of capital exists in many enterprises with varying degree, and jeopardizes the interests and competitiveness of enterprises. An effective way against the pseudo-human capital is to guide knowledge of the owner of human capital to transfer from the carrier medium, expression pattern, capital form, etc, and turn into knowledge or assets what enterprise shared. Knowledge through the transformation is no longer unique to the individual owners of human capital, but owned by enterprises, which led to the exclusion of restless factor generated by pseudo-human capital.
