  • Abstract
CEMS can be continuous, real-time, on-line monitor the pollutant emissions concentration and the total emissions in the duct of the stationary sources. As an important component of the national pollution monitoring network, CEMS has been more and more attention. The requirements and the basic composition of the CEMS monitoring system is introduced. The requirement analysis of the CEMS monitoring system of the municipal EPA is carried through and the functions of the monitoring system are detailed analyzed. The network monitoring system architecture and software architecture is designed. The CEMS monitoring system is analyzed using UML and the Use Case diagram of the monitoring system is given. The municipal EPA CEMS monitoring system is designed. The experimental results show that the monitoring system has good openness and security and can improve the EPA efficiency.
