Abstract
The detection of dim targets in imagery which captured by moving camera is one of the key techniques in imaging detection and guiding system. With the strap-down inertia information we can reduce the influence of camera move. Analyzed the mechanism of image generation and the moving formulations of space-platform and targets, proposed a detecting system including two dimensions least mean square filter, strap-down decoupling and extended Kalman filter. Simulations show that this system can detect the dim targets captured by moving camera effectively.
