Abstract :
Digital meters have been widely used in many industrial production and science experiment, under certain circumstances, display value of digital meter is needed to be recognized, recorded and analyzed. Based on the characteristics of display value of digital meters, along with the high precision requirement to meter recognition, this paper presents an algorithm based on local scan and value of domain minus for orientation. It not only has faster speed of recognition, but also a strong ability of anti-jamming.
