  • Abstract
    The contact problem of hollow roller bearing is highly nonlinear, and the traditional theory is not proper. In order to research the elastic approach of hollow roller, a kind of modern nonlinear finite element analysis software named ABAQUS is used to build the finite element model, the analysis results show that the elastic approach of the hollow roller becomes large with the addition of the hollow-ratio and load, and it also has strong linear relationship with the load, but it is hardly affected by the roller´s radius. The results provide reference for the design of hollow roller bearing.
