Research and practice for teaching management pattern of combining talent training to employment training

This With the “College Training” into the campus, many contradictions between the school teaching day-to-day and practical training of university students have become increasingly conspicuous. In this paper, the “Double U talent training” project for the successful implementation of the case, we discussed the critical and problem-solving methods and strategies from the training objectives, teaching plans and teaching management, and provided a value experience for local engineering colleges to support college students training.
