Abstract
In terms of the current B2C E-Commerce model, deficiency of credit, vacancy of after service and high cost of distribution are becoming bottleneck problems that hinder further development of B2C E-Commerce. In this paper, TRIZ theory is employed to analyze and improve the B2C E-Commerce model. According to this theory, the disequilibrium evolution among sub-systems leads to conflicts in a B2C E-Commerce system and causes the problems of credit, after service and distribution. The problems emerged are analyzed by laws of technical system evolution firstly. Then conflict matrix is applied to remove technical contradictions between sub-systems to resolve the problems. Finally, the systematic innovation thought of B2C E-Commerce model is advanced.
