As we all know that whether bonds scale was too large, it would bring certain risk for macroeconomic. In the paper, we, firstly, expatiated on the research significance and research status quo of the bonds scale. Then, we carried out an empirical analysis on the factors impacting the Issuance scale of bonds with principal component analysis. Finally, we predicted the issuance scale of our bonds with gray prediction method in the next few years and carried out a summary.
