After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

For now, although both the developing and developed countries concentrate efforts on the development of tertiary industry, and depending on the development of tertiary industry to measure a level of country´s development. It can not be neglected that the development of of Primary industry and Secondary industry has an impact on GNP. We use the measurement method of the past sixteen years of statistical data for quantitative analysis, and through analysis we concluded that the development of industry and secondary industry has obviously pulling effect to GDP.
