After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Aimed at the feature and crafts condition of continuous casting, this paper combined with the preventing countermeasure of board in some domestic and foreign advanced iron and steel plants, adopted with the model of illegibility nerve network based on subtractive clustering, and studied the formatting reasons of board crack and put up forecasting.
