This text carries on the survey research of system about the history development, the present condition to start a business of private enterprises from Handan City, asking for help of successful experience from other enterprises at the same time to start a business, and helping Handan City private enterprises of starting a business to set up correct principle and method, increasing an opportunity of starting a business, promoting its economic competitiveness, and promoting faster and better economic development in Handan.
