In single index orthogonal test design, the usual analysis methods are design-direct analysis, variance analysis method, and effect analysis method, with which there are some troubles in carrying out the orthogonal test design and needs a large amount of calculation. A simple matrix analysis method is introduced in this article, with which the weighs of the factors and levels having influences on the tests´ results can be calculated, and then the optimal plan of multiple index orthogonal test and the important order of the factors´ influences on the tests´ index values can be determined according to the weights. Using this method to carry out the test analysis of the stability of the pump assembly parts´ shell nosing strength, the problem of selecting the optimal plan in multiple index orthogonal test design can be solved, which proves to be a feasible analysis method.
