If the member enterprises of Research Joint Ventures give more incentives to other partners of industry chain, the latter will improve their effort level much higher. That will make the cooperation between the two sides become much closer, thus promoting the realization of collaborative innovation of the industry chain based on Research Joint Ventures´ driving.
