Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

After intensive revision of different research materials on digital watermarking in related with our topic we find that fidelity, robustness, fragility, and modification are the key variables which need technical support during application. Using the secondary data we also state interrelated concepts of digital watermarking and show the problems in this regard through figure. In addition we develop a new model on the application of digital watermarking.
