Abstract
The mathematic models of once-through steam generator and turbine are built based on the mass, energy and momentum conservation theorem. Because of serious coupling and different dynamic characteristic, multi-variable fuzzy predictive control system is presented in order to improve the control characteristic of the nuclear power plant´s secondary system, which is based on integrated model of the nuclear power plant´s secondary system and characteristic of the multi-variable integrated model predictive control and fuzzy control. The fuzzy performance evaluations of inputs of the secondary water are processed by connecting the multi-step predictor based on integrated model. The fuzzy performance evaluation, fuzzy decision-making and optimation input are selected respectively. The controller designed keeps the control process smooth and stable, achieves the two control theory´s advantages to make up each other and performance of control improve on clearly.
