Abstract :
Improving the accuracy of electricity load forecasting is benefit to the economic efficiency and social efficiency of electricity system. The rural electricity load forecasting is closely related to the agricultural industry. In the policy of advocating increasing farmers´s incomes strongly, the accurate forecasting of rural electricity load is more important. The gray model is widely used and it is a new research way to improve the accuracy of gray model with gray parameter improved by seeking the optimal with posterior-error-test.
