Motivating plays a very important part in the management of sports team, effective motivating will make sports management more actively. The author elaborated the current situation of motivation in the management of Chinese sports teams, and analyzed the main traits of current research, and did some analysis on related issues,which conducted to make effective motivating play a more important role in the management of sports team and provided some suggestions for some departments.
