Abstract :
In this paper, a MATLAB/Simulink model of ultrasonic motor is founded, and calculates some samples about the rotational speed corresponding to the amplitude and frequency using this model. Finally, a BP neural network is set up based on these samples. It would provide a good foundation for the simulation and the research of the ultrasonic motor..
