Abstract :
In this paper, a video signal processing system was discussed and designed based on DSP of TMS320DM642. The system can effectively identify and track moving targets. According to the previous research and the design requirements, the implementation method was proposed with emphasis; also the detailed hardware design of this video signal processing system was presented.
