The research on informatization standard environment system of Shanghai

The informatization of Chinese economic was penetrating deeply and Shanghai government formulated plans to encourage Shanghai developing into world-class financial center and shipping center. These factors highlight the significance of the research on informatization environment. In this paper, we comprehensively analyzed the standard system of informatization from the perspective of system engineering and proposed a frame structure model for informatization standard environment system. By studying the NYS EG Standard System, we verified the model. With the theoretical support of this frame structure model and related files and data, we found some deficiencies by analyzing the informatization standard system of Shanghai. Then we proposed some suggestions for these deficiencies.
