Abstract :
Seismic data is one of the most valuable data assets in petroleum industry, so carrying out an effective quality management of these data is the most important link of carrying out integration research applications, such as seismic exploration, geological and reservoir descriptions, etc, and then building competitive advantages in exploration and development fields. However, in the process of seismic data collection, processing and interpretation, quality problems often arise due to various reasons. Aiming at common problems of domestic seismic data and standardized requirements of petroleum data management, combined with domestic seismic quality management experience, this paper establishes a supporting mechanism, develops a corresponding seismic data quality management software system and gets good results in practical applications of oilfield companies.
