Abstract
Over the past few decades, a considerable number of studies have been conducted on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor. Waveguide SPR sensor has profits such as compact, remote sensing and bulk production. But its resolution of refractive index is poor, in comparison with prism coupling SPR sensor. In this paper we demonstrate the design and experimental verification of high sensitive SPR sensor in metallic grating loaded waveguide.
