  • Abstract
We applied index matching film to improve the luminance of green OLED. The structures of index matching films are Glass/TiO2/SiO2/ITO and SiO2/TiO2/ Glass/ITO and designed with Macleod simulator. The OLED luminance of Glass/TiO2/SiO2/ITO and SiO2/TiO2/Glass/ITO was 15, 400 cd/m and 13, 000 cd/m2, respectively. The luminance of each device was increased 5~6 times compared to the device without applying index matching film.
