Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a design pattern with the unified modeling language (UML) for the automatic door control system development, and we define a UML class diagram to describe structural aspect of system, and we also define a set of sequence diagrams to specify behavior of system. The UML is a new industrial standard for the software system modeling. It is a graphical language with “Taxi Display” to express the aspects of system construction, and the UML has been presented in software system development widely. Generally, the automatic door system is one kind of systems which are widely used in modern buildings. The automatic door system is an embedded control system that includes three components, such as the motor, the sensor, and the controller.
