Abstract
Manufacturing and Control Systems (M&CS) have become rapidly open recently as they adopt information technologies and open communication protocols. Meanwhile, it is worried more seriously that M&CS will become target of cyber attacks through the network. However, it is a current state that equipment that security countermeasures of M&CS have been done is a little. In this paper, the method of the security measures expected of M&CS is described.
