Abstract :
In this study, we have developed a noninvasive blood glucose measurement system by the body´s near-infrared absorption, which consists of a reflection photodetection system by use of a confocal optical system and a near-infrared laser. The concentration of a glucose fluid has been measured. The correlation between the concentration and the near-infrared absorption of the fluid has been confirmed. And measurement reproducibility has also been confirmed.
