  • Abstract
    The current network geographic information application has developed from WebGIS to WebService, the real Time, distributed, interactive features are represented. Traditional data centrally stored, tightly coupled system architecture has began transform to data store distribution, loose coupling direction. This paper first analyzes the content of geographic information service system, then a city situation system framework based on geographical information service is proposed. Finally, a practical application of the system is implemented using the NewMap Server software to call, extend and combine the online maps.
