Test paper making-up algorithm is the core of item bank system. The paper analyzes the features of the random choice method, backtracking method and genetic algorithm. And it combines three test paper algorithms to construct a mixed test paper making-up strategy, using the identified degree of differentiation and knowledge of the distribution to select items randomly and conduct backtracking treatment in the part of the exceeding constraining conditions. If the times of backtracking are too many, the re-pumping of using the model of reusing the genetic algorithm to generate new questions problems should be adopted. Using strategy of the hybrid test paper can achieve complement of the three traditional algorithms and to achieve test paper making-up function better in the C/S model general test item bank system.
