Quality, evaluation and recommendation for learning object

The paper examines the current approaches employed to improve the quality of online learning resources, which include the current state of the field and typical evaluation approaches adopted in major learning resources repositories. It then proposes a new approach on providing personalized recommendations on online learning resources by recommender system.
