Abstract :
With the object-oriented modeling method, the information models based on featured manufacturing resources of the automobile gears were established. The models consist of the basic information of manufacturing equipments and the information of feature-based process capabilities. At the same time, the associated relationship of features among features, machining tools and technical equipments was established. The relationship model increases the searching efficiency of manufacturing equipments.
