Abstract :
Using the method of decomposition and reconstruction of wavelet analysis, the impact ingredients caused by the ball bearing surface fault were extracted. We developed a computer based fault diagnostic system to determine the characteristic frequencies of ball bearing by dynamic test. The system has been successfully applied in the fault diagnosis of ball bearing fault. Results show that the system increases the efficiency and accuracy compared with traditional method.
