Cylindrical spinning casting die processing method which synthesize many characters in forging, extruding, stretching and many other technique to formulate an advanced few or none cut processing technique is widely used in both military and civil field. However, a big gap of the processing quality, especially the dimension accuracy exist between the domestic processed cylindrical spinning casting die and its overseas counterpart. This review summarize part of the dimension accuracy data on some cylindrical spinning casting dies from both domestic and overseas to carry out a comparison and give some comment on the difference in dimension accuracy between domestic cylindrical spinning casting dies and overseas ones and try to anticipate the trend of the development of cylindrical spinning casting die processing technology.
