Abstract

GPRS is one of contents GSM Phase2.1 standard realizing, it supports the IP protocol and the X.25 protocol, and therefore it can provide one complete correspondence solution based on the TCP/IP protocol. By discussing remote monitoring system of prefabricated substation based on GPRS, we achieve the technology solution of prefabricated substation remote monitoring system and develop at remote monitoring system of prefabricated substation based on GPRS. The monitoring center chooses TMS320LF2407 DSP as its core, combined with GPRS wireless network technology. This monitor also has the functions of collection and transmission of the power parameter and it can monitor and control the operation conditions of the prefabricated substation.
