Abstract
This paper presents a dynamic characterization of various composites of ferroelectric thin films materials. The originality of the work arises from the fact that the characterization method employed to measure the tunability of these films while applying an external electric field is made in a non-destructive manner using a coplanar line (CPW). Yet, the variation doesn´t seem to be significant compared to values presented in the literature, the field applied using the coplanar line structure is far less also. A maximal tunability of 6% is measured for the permittivity with a large variation of the loss tangent, giving an idea about its behaviour when enduring an external voltage.
