The design of heating plate is a typical heat conduction inverse problem about heating source calculation for thermal field of the plate. It´s difficult to solve the inverse problem, which is large calculation and low efficiency. This paper puts forward a way to translate heat conduction inverse problem about heating source calculation to an optimization problem to solve, whose optimization target is expectation thermal field. And it gives out a fast optimization algorithm greatly increasing its calculation efficiency. The paper applies the fast optimization algorithm to solve problem of heating plate to expectation thermal field, and validates the results through experiment, which shows that the equivalence optimization problem for heat conduction inverse problem about heating source calculation and the fast optimization algorithm are useful.
