After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With closer relations between people in life and network, more and more people begin to use search engine, and more and more companies market themselves by search engine. However, the result is not satisfied and the websites of small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are hardly visited. Therefore, SMEs need to adopt proper methods in search advertising and marketing to get more profit. In order to get more visits with least cost and bring business value for SMEs, in this paper, we give steps for high price quality in search engine and propose some methods to increase the web´s conversion rate.
