The wake vortex is playing an increasingly important role in aviation safety area, making the detection and simulation of it be a key issue in aviation. Currently, a widely used method to describe the evolution of wake is based on the simulation of passive convection-diffusion equation under stratified atmosphere condition, and the RCS is obtained by summing the electric fields at the discrete grids. In the existing studies, the grids used to simulate the evolution of wake are directly adopted to calculate the RCS. This is unacceptable because the latter procedure might require much finer grids, especially in high frequency situation. In this paper, the two procedures are executed under two sets of grids, and the relationship of quantities between them is handled by neighbor interpolation algorithm. Numerical examples verify the validity and the high efficiency of the method.
