As a pattern in which cities will develop in the future, ecological city is for the purpose of constructing one kind of ideal environment to live together. The ecological city is becoming the hot topic of urban development day by day in China. This article carries on the appraisal of the ecology cities in Liaoning Province based on the theory of grey clustering. It demonstrates the ecological degree of Shenyang and the Dalian is high, but the city whose ecological degree is worst in the Liaoning Province is Chaoyang finally. The urban construction and the development must be evaluated comprehensively from three aspects of function, structure and cooperate, and the development cannot be only strived for unilaterally, must coordinate, sustainable development. Only in this way we can create ideally environment for the humanity lives together.
