Abstract

This paper shows that it is are very important to use the technology of GIS and database in land updating investigation of the county level. It has been studied by taking Xinrong District of Datong city in Shanxi Province as a research object, and organizes the using data of land by running the Geodatabase of ArcGIS and UML language. Besides, using the software of database and Land Updating Investigation Pre-processing System to check and process the data of loading the database software, so that we can obtain the high-quality the data. So we can work a set of system, which can resolve the problem practically in land updating investigation. It is feasible and reasonable for land department to make some planning and decision.
