    In view of complex dynamics system like the vehicles gear gearbox, it established the structure in the diversity drive and the diversity response transmission characteristic model. After considered the actual situation that the internal vibration signal of various parts arrived at the box body surface and folds mutually put together through the different transmission way, it proposed the essential method that it solved failure detection the sensor optimal and the measuring point disposition question with particle swarm optimizes algorithm. Analyzed and transmitted characteristic parameter optimization of the measuring point through various measuring points´ test, it not only has given the basic optimal principle of measuring point arrangement, but also has proved that sensor and measuring point optimization disposition is feasible basing on the particle swarm optimization techniques.
