Abstract
Based on Zahra and George´s dimensions of knowledge absorptive capacity, this paper introduces two intermediary variables-potential absorptive capacity and implementation absorptive capacity, puts forward the relative theoretical assumptions, and establishes knowledge absorptive capacity of the dynamic evolution mode, meanwhile uses questionnaires and structural equation model to test the dynamic evolution model of knowledge absorptive capacity. The study indicates that among the surveyed enterprises knowledge acquisition capacity on the development of potential knowledge absorptive capacity has little effect, and potential knowledge absorptive ability also can not achieve good effect on implementation knowledge absorptive capacity; while knowledge assimilation capacity have Significant impact on potential knowledge absorptive ability. Obviously, there is a positive correlation to the whole enterprise absorptive capacity between potential knowledge absorptive capacity and implementation knowledge absorptive capacity.
